Sometimes, the older years are not all golden years. It is common for an older adult to feel alone, afraid, anxious and unsure what to do. Are you experiencing symptoms of memory loss, physical challenges, or loss of independence? If so, family members may have observed these challenging life changes. They may have started to tell you what you can and cannot do anymore. Even if you have been able to hide these changes, you may feel afraid to share your emotional or health concerns with your loved ones. This can be an incredibly frightening time for you, but Leslie can bring you reassurance and a skill set to provide new insights.

Questions to ask yourself:

  1. Am I forgetting appointments?
  2. Am I easily confused or not as sharp as I used to feel?
  3. Am I having trouble following conversations?
  4. Am I feeling depressed?
  5. Am I physically not able to do many of the things I could before?
  6. Am I unsure of what resources and services are available to me?

If you answered "yes" to any of the above questions, contact Leslie.
